The Appling County Health Care System would like to invite you to help them celebrate the completion of The Pavilion Gazebo! What better way to visit with loved ones than under the comfort of a lovely gazebo? This beautiful addition will allow Residents and visitors of the Pavilion to enjoy the great outdoors while being protected from the elements.
