
Foundations is a very structured, hands on program. It is designed to safely and efficiently integrate anyone from any age or experience level into our program with confidence and focus. Dietary instruction will also be a focus during this time.
Foundations consists of 9 sessions, meeting 3 times per week for the first 3 weeks of your membership. The 9 sessions build on each other as you progress through the skills learned.
Foundations class times:
M-T-Th at 6:30pm
After your Foundations classes are complete, you will have the remainder of the month to attend any regular time class of your choosing up to 3 days per week.
